概要 / Summary

映画「トランセンデンス」でも言及されるシンギュラリティとその影響について、米国シリコンバレーを拠点として研究・啓発活動を行うシンギュラリティ大学および大学の活動を紹介するセッションです。シンギュラリティ大学の活動を日本に紹介することは、社会的に大きな意味があり、多大なチャンスを生み出すと考えらます。

This is an introduction to the Singularity University, what it is and its activities. Singularity University is based in Silicon Valley in the USA. It conducts research and provides educational programs on the Singularity and its impact. There are potential opportunities and synergies to make by bridging Singularity University and Japan.

シンギュラリティ大学のプログラムに実際に参加し、日本におけるアンバサダーでもある、ジョバン・レボレドと佐々木健美がプレゼンテーションを行います。
Come to our presentation to be made by the Japan Ambassador: Takemi Sasaki and Jovan Rebolledo, who have participated in Singularity University programs.

スケジュール

プレゼンは45分、その後15分質疑応答、そして30分のネットワーキングを行います。
プレゼンでは主に以下についてお話します。

・「トランセンデンス」とは何か？
・「シンギュラリティ」とは何か？
・シンギュラリティ大学とは？
・研究開発プログラム（GSP）、エグゼクティブ・プログラム（EP）、グローバル・インパクト・コンペティション（GIC）について
6月28日に日本封切りとなる、映画「トランセンデンス」をご覧になる前に本プレゼンテーションに参加されることで、映画の主題であるシンギュラリティがどこで研究されているか、また、その考えを基礎としてどの様に地球規模の課題に取り組んでいるかを知ることが出来ます。
ご参加をお待ちしています。
